There is a steady follower/fans of Ricoh camera here in Malaysia and its often touts as one of the best camera for street photography. I personally own a Ricoh GR and it certainly lives up to its label.

I have always been intrigue by the design of the Minolta TC-1 but today was the first time I saw the real camera. The camera belong to a friend of mine and he is an active street photographer around Kuala Lumpur area. Look at some of his latest work from his recent workshop with IPA.

Nikon SP I think, with a Nikkor-S 5cm f/1.4 lens. This was the first f/1.4 lens manufactured for a 35mm camera apparently (I’m learning).
Good morning. I’m a new addition here - an English guy who’s been living in KL for a year now. Pictured is my Nikon FM3A with a Voigtlander 40mm lens. Maybe it says a little about me as I’ll tell more about myself another time. Today I’m shooting in Bukit Bintang and I’ll share some of the interesting cameras I see.
Found this lovely Contax T2 that belong to Faisal Aziz, better known as the founder of Buku Foto and Photobook Club Kuala Lumpur.
I met him during the opening of Che’ Ahmad solo exhibition at Starhill Leica Gallery and if anyone interested in learning more about Malaysia photobook community, do like their facebook pages.
They also involved with the recent Obscura Photo Festival at Penang.
The Voiglander R3M belongs to Andri Tambunan, a documentary photographer from America.
I met Andri during IPA Street Photography Workshop recently and he is the one who taught me a lot during the entire workshop. He is an amazing photographer with friendly personality.

A wall of compact camera (mostly faulty maybe) which is on display at one of the most well known camera store (due to the staff attitude) by local photographer.
